NASW faced a variety of obstacles with their previous job board provider. There was a lack of strategic partnership that was committed to increasing non-dues revenue. Overall, due to a lack of communication, NASW didn’t feel like a priority to their vendor. Beyond that, NASW felt their job board had grown stale and the technology being used wasn’t cutting edge and providing value to their members. Finally, a lack of strategy and collaboration led to a continuous decline in non-dues revenue.
