Challenge
AAIM's previous career center provider was too large and corporate, leading to several frustrations for users and the AAIM team. There was little room for customization of campaigns and templates, and the response time regarding potential customizations was often complicated and unclear, with insufficient information on feasibility. Additionally, constant changes in ownership made communication complicated, as AAIM’s points of contact frequently changed, hindering direct and consistent communication. This resulted in infrequent strategic discussions to share growth ideas and a lack of personal attention to AAIM’s account and career center.
