webNetwork 2.0 Preview (Part 10 of 10): WebBoxes
We’ve added a bunch of new WebBoxes that make it simple to add new interactive elements to your site. For those not familiar with our WebBox system, a WebBox is a simple widget that you can place anywhere on your site with a simple tag. For example, simply insert a tag called {WEBBOX_COOLPEOPLE} and the software will replace the tag with the table below. It’s as simple as that, and with all of the different WebBoxes we have, you should be able to make your site even more interactive in minutes!

Here’s a complete listing of all the new WebBoxes:

That’s great. I’ll soon become part of the WebScribble Family. I network Gospel singers with songwriters. I think maybe having a Top Rated Song would be useful in the new Media Webbox? Thanks, Mickey

Thanks Alexey. I hope the new version will allow me to configure it in a way that can best suit my writers/service. I think having a Top Rated Song will be cool; if it could be configured to be voted on by the artists, per each member’s page, and show up as the most listened to song of the day, and/or week, and/or month, that would be cool; or if the song with the most listens could be configured and listed; hmm, all kinds of ideas and possibilities. Your colleague, Michael T, said the new 2.0 will be ready by this week. While I doubt that, I sure hope it’s soon. Thanks.
